How reviews are written. Reviews are published at least three months after an issue lists, never while an issue is open or under review. A review looks only at how the offer document disclosed the business. It gives no issue price, listing price, subscription figure or share price, and no view on whether to invest. Mansukhbhai does not review an issue in which it, or any of its clients, had a role. Figures come from the offer document and exchange data, as at the date shown.
